Sundays are our day to play and we love to play in San Antonio Texas. What a fun city. It is about a 2 hour drive through the beautiful Hill Country. We had about a week of clouds and rain, very unusual for this time of year, but sunday was beautiful. The town was full of tourists enjoying the River Walk, the Alamo, Sea world and Fiesta (6 flags). We like to shop and eat. In a small town like Mason you often are deprived of shopping choices and you are tired of local restaurants. San Antonio, being one of the top 10 largest cities in US, offers all we ever want.
Bob's 50th class reunion (does that show our age!) is coming up in September and that was a good excuse to buy a few new outfits. We ate at the bistro devision of the P.F.Chang chinese restaurants called PEI WEI. Like chinese fast food, but better. With owning the Cat's Meow restaurant we have to grocery shop anytime we get to the big city. A new grocery store had just opened and we had a good time checking it out.
Today was back to the grindstone. With Becky back at work things ran smooth and rather stress free. I am posting some pictures of the Cat's Meow for those of you who haven't seen them.
